  • DMO'S Dental Maintenance Plans in which you select a primary dentist as your principal care provider.

  • DPO's (Passive) -Dental Preferred Provider plans which provide freedom of choice to utilize any dental provider. Out of Network providers are usually reimbursed at the same level as in-network dentist subject to reasonable and customary limitations.
